Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility in the B2B sector.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of marketers, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  3. Collaborate closely with sales teams and subject matter experts to create integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns, ROI, and KPIs.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and partner and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and market differentiation.
  6. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
  8. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing with direct experience at an advertising agency.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and persuasive copywriting.
  5. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  6. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
  7. Located near San Diego and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Hands-on experience buying, optimizing, or measuring digital media.
  2. Experience with lift testing, multi-channel attribution tools & methodologies.
  3. Experience working on a Growth team for a consumer-focused brand.
  4. Experience at Google or Facebook in an advertising focused role (sales, measurement).
