Were looking for aMarketing Coordinatorwho can help us grow our reach, strengthen our brand, and generate meaningful leads through both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our leadership, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote our services to property managers, contractors, municipalities, and the public. This role combines hands-on creativity with analytical skills to ensure campaigns are impactful and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, capability statements, and proposals.
• Manage and update company website content to ensure services are accurately represented.
• Develop and execute social media strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to showcase certifications, project highlights, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain contact databases.
• Support bid submissions with professional branding and presentation materials.
• Plan and execute visit routes to meet with potential clients, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote the companys services and capabilities.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
