Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports both corporate and branch office marketing by working closely with the Director of Marketing and Head of Advisor Marketing, providing both stronger administrative and strategic support. Executing strategic initiatives and managing key administrative activities to enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and advisor support.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Creative Support

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital advertising, email, social, print).
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to craft messaging tailored to client segments and regional offices.
• Support Content Strategist to produce and refine contentblogs, multimedia, social media posts, newsletters, and client-facing collateralensuring consistency with Summits brand voice and compliance standards.
• Aid in the planning and promotion of client events, webinars, and internal gatherings.
  
  

Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Handle vendor relationships, asset ordering, mailing lists, and logistics for marketing deliverables.
• Assist in compiling marketing analytics and performance reports (website traffic, email engagement, campaign ROI).
  
  

Team Collaboration & Support

• Provide marketing assistance to branch offices, responding to marketing requests from the Summit team and ensuring a timely turnaround on fulfilling requests.
• Supports broader firm initiatives such as internal summits and cross-branch projects, including collaboration with our HR/Ops and internal events teams.
• Coordinate meetings and communications among the marketing team and cross-functional support areas (e.g., HR/Ops, advisor relations)
• Assist in onboarding or training new team members and support seamless cross-department alignment.
• Assist in onboarding new branch offices as needed
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 13 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Self-starter attitude with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with corporate marketing workflows and brand compliance (a plus).

• Annual: $50,000-$60,000 - Hourly: $24.04 - $28.85
