Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time employees receive a comprehensive package including 100% employer-paid medical insurance with buy-up options for dependents, dental and vision plans, Employee Assistance Program, ESOP, 401(k), 8 paid holidays, and accrued sick and vacation time. The salary range is $120,000 to $160,000 annually, based on experience.

The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and company values; identify market trends and opportunities.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all platforms; oversee positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to support new marketing strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; promote teamwork and open communication.
- Customer Experience: Enhance acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs; utilize customer insights for strategy refinement; champion the voice of the customer; develop and mentor the marketing team.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital transformation using online platforms, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics; ensure ROI on campaigns; adopt new technologies.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market analysis; use data for decision-making; monitor and report on marketing effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budget; ensure cost-effective campaign execution; optimize resource allocation.
