Marketing Coordinator

San Diego, CA / Corporate Agent Staff / Full-time / On-site Apply for this job The Mansour Group, a h igh volume commercial real estate brokerage team is looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator for their office in Downtown San Diego. The candidate will develop and execute on a comprehensive marketing plan for outreach to contacts in proprietary database and new, external contacts in addition to tracking and anticipating consumer activity and trends. The candidate will also manage marketing efforts through corporate & industry platforms, SEO, social media and corporate communications. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in developing new avenues for reaching a target audience, have exceptional follow-through, and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills for use with press and industry trade publications. Candidates must be dependable, organized, detail oriented, flexible, and creative. The ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is a must. Salary $80-140k DOE with immediate bonus potential. Full benefits and matching 401k are available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SEO and social media content across all platforms
• Write and distribute press releases
• Communicate with local media
• Prepare email marketing campaigns and individual emails
• Utilize research tools to create direct communication
• Provide Brokerage Administrative support

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WordPress, etc.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Skilled in project management
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, while managing deadlines
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-motivator
• Knowledge of commercial real estate/real estate not required
• Minimum 1-2+ years experience
