Job DescriptionAudit Coordinator, Video Investment
We are seeking an organized, process driven and proactive individual to support our GEICO client. This role will work directly with several internal teams across the agency including the Video Investment Entertainment and Sports teams, the Brand Solutions team, Finance team, and IT Operations as well as our external media and audit vendors to organize, review and validate annual national media buys negotiated on behalf of GEICO.
What Youll Do:
80% National Media Audit
20% Network Validation Reports
National Media Audit
Work with Video Investment teams to confirm media buys are posted accurately
Pull audit reports from internal inventory system
Check reports for accuracy
Prepare and organize files for external audit management team (MMI)
Upload and send files to MMI
Maintain timelines and deliverables dates
Manage communication with MMI and provide additional reports as needed
Review and confirm audit reports from MMI
Communicate results to Video Investment managers and Brand Solutions team
Network Validation Reports
Work with Video Investment teams and external media vendors to ensure network compliance across all national video buys
Review and organize compliance reports from log supplier (EDO)
Manage communication with networks to verify compliance violations
Seek and secure makegoods for violations
Work with Video Investment team members to enter makegoods into internal inventory system
Prepare final confirmation summary of compliance violations and makegoods for clients
Facilitate communication with internal Brand Solutions team to provide GEICO with final compliance report
General
Learn HMI process, systems, internal tools and policies
Provide support/coverage to fellow Audit Coordinator as needed
Fulfill ad hoc requests for media audits as needed
Create strong working relationships; investment teams, brand solutions teams, audit team, and network partners
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Experience working in fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
Strong communication skills
Capable of working independently but also collaboratively in a responsive and resourceful manner

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of media landscape and/or agency buying experience a plus
Experience working in fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Proficiency working within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary Range
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
