Our client, a prominent complex litigation boutique, seeks a highly skilled legal brief writer. The firm focuses on high-stakes antitrust, securities, ERISA, commercial, whistleblower and environmental litigation cases in state and federal courts across the country.

Requirements

This partner level candidate will possess 10+ years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials and extraordinary legal brief writing expertise. Federal and Circuit court experience is mandatory and SCOTUS experience is preferred.
