As a Nursing Home Healthcare Marketer/Liaison, you'll blend strategic marketing finesse with heartfelt communication to position our facility as the preferred choice for patients and families. Collaborating with hospitals, physicians, and community partners, you'll drive inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and embody our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Relationship Building
  • Craft and execute a bold marketing strategy to boost referral volume by cultivating trusted relationships with local hospitals, clinics, physician practices, and key referral sources.
  • Amplify our presence through dynamic participation in community outreach, health fairs, and local events, building partnerships that elevate our facility's visibility.
  • Engage discharge planners, social workers, and case managers with compelling educational resources, positioning yourself as a go-to expert for patient referrals.
Referral & Admissions Process Management
  • Serve as the welcoming point of contact for referrals, guiding prospective residents and families through a seamless admissions process with clarity and care.
  • Conduct personalized on-site visits at hospitals and healthcare facilities to connect with potential residents, addressing their unique needs and expectations.
  • Partner with admissions and clinical teams to streamline assessments, coordinate evaluations, and prepare documentation for a smooth intake experience.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Leverage data to track referral trends, admission rates, and community feedback, adapting strategies to meet ambitious census goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor referral source performance, follow up on leads, and maintain meticulous records of marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets, driving strategic initiatives to surpass KPIs.
Resident & Family Advocacy
  • Advocate for residents and families by delivering clear, empathetic guidance on services, financial options, and available support, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Address concerns with warmth and professionalism, providing reassurance throughout the decision-making process.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and staff to cultivate a warm, supportive community atmosphere.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or similar roles within skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
  • Demonstrated success in building robust referral networks and achieving census targets in a healthcare environment.
Skills & Abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to resident and family interactions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with confidence and independence.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis for tracking referrals and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare insurance programs to guide patients and families through coverage options.

Compensation
  • Salary: $85,000 base, with performance-based incentives designed to reward your impact.
