Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven marketer to lead our digital advertising programs, with a focus on developing and optimizing integrated digital advertising strategies—including paid search, display, native, and emerging formats—that drive performance across the funnel. The role will oversee multi-channel execution and be accountable for aligning paid media with broader business and marketing goals. Candidates must demonstrate both a test-and-learn mindset and a metrics-driven approach. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital advertising trends and technologies, with proven hands-on experience leveraging platforms like Google Ads to deliver successful advertising strategies that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and digital advertising campaigns—particularly through the Google Ads platform—ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality engagement.
- KPI-Driven Optimizations: Maximize results relative to existing key performance indicators (KPIs) while helping define new measures of success, using data-driven insights to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Test-and-Learn Approach: Implement a robust test-and-learn framework to experiment with new digital ad formats and strategies, analyzing results to refine and improve future campaigns.
- Embrace Technology: Identify, advocate for, and implement best-in-class technologies—including AI-enabled tools—to enable cross-channel campaign management, dynamic creative optimization, CRM and BI integration, and to enhance targeting, automate optimization, and surface predictive insights.
- Analysis and Reporting: Continually deliver timely, relevant, and factual campaign insights in executive-friendly formats.
- Budget Management: Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
- Trendspotting: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging digital advertising technologies to keep us on the leading edge of effective marketing.
- Collaborative Approach: Manage numerous external partnerships and work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders (e.g., designers, product managers, sales, compliance) to deliver results aligned with wider business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with an emphasis on paid search.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital advertising campaigns utilizing Google Ads and achieving measurable results.
- Highly capable of dynamically managing budgets and demonstrating accountability for the investment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Keen interest in, and understanding of, financial markets and economics; prior financial services experience strongly preferred.
The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
