Weverse America Inc. is looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for managing community communications within Weverse and other social channels. The role will involve building and fostering positive community environments, managing several artist projects and bringing their ideas to life, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand, artist, and fan experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, effective time management, and a keen understanding of fandom communities both online and offline.


This role will directly report to the Associate Manager, Community.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day community management ideation, planning, and facilitation across multiple artist projects
  • Communicate with artist teams on a recurring basis to identify, define, execute, and monitor rollout plans for artists
  • Build and maintain timelines and comprehensive weekly reports across multiple projects
  • Post/schedule copy and assets that align with Weverse & artist brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define needs and maximize impact across projects
  • Partner with internal teams on community setup, management, and ongoing maintenance
  • Stay informed on new music and fandom culture practices, and competitive activity, to best leverage technology and trends
  • Create and facilitate end-to-end online and offline fan engagement activations
  • Conduct market research for consumer and fandom insights
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of community management experience and/or related fields, preferably from a music company, gaming/tech firm, agency, or similar entertainment-based firms
  • Proven experience in major areas of digital landscapes, communications, and/or fan-engagement marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach
  • Solid business, critical, and analytical thinking
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management

Salary Range Expectations:

$68,640 - $77,000
The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
