Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Supervision: Oversee project completion as part of the Creative team, with flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, to meet deadlines.
2. Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards. All completed works must pass stringent QC measures, be documented with photos uploaded to the server, and be approved by the Project Manager and client.
3. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Creative Production Manager, Project Managers, and other departments involved, including preproduction, workshop staff, logistics, and ink staff. Report issues or concerns promptly.
4. Material Management: Check stock levels of creative materials, order supplies timely, and track material purchases via HOST.
5. Work Progress Reports: Complete job sheets and QC sheets, sign off on work, and ensure all instructions and logs are accessible to staff.
6. Job Completion & Dispatch: Verify all items are complete, thoroughly QC’d, and ready for dispatch. Assist with packing and dispatching as needed, ensuring painted goods are dry and properly checked before transfer.
