Rate: Up to $25 p/h (This role will not have commission attached)

• Minimum 2-4 years of luxury Retail experience
• Ready To Wear and/or Footwear experience is a plus
• Product experience within luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred

Our client, a well known luxury fashion house known for classic elegance and timeless sophistication, is looking for a Client Advisor to join their growing team in Honolulu. HI.

Role Overview:

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s values of timeless elegance, personalized service, and craftsmanship. You will build strong client relationships, drive individual and team sales goals, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, client-centric service to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals through effective cross-selling and clienteling strategies
• Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge to confidently educate clients and share the brand story
• Manage daily client outreach, appointment setting, and follow-ups to drive business
• Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment and support team members
• Ensure all client information is captured and updated in the CRM system with discretion and care
• Performs opening/closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus
• Ready To Wear and/or Footwear experience is a plus
• Product experience within luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined sense of discretion and professionalism
• Proven ability to drive business through client development and relationship building
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events
• Proficiency with POS systems
