Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer III to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. As part of a dynamic and innovative group, you will play a key role in developing impactful visual designs that amplify brand presence and drive business growth. This is a long-term contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge B2B marketing efforts and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Enhance and scale Amazon Digital Signage's brand identity to ensure consistency and growth.

Design and deliver a variety of creative assets, including campaigns, advertisements, event materials, and sales enablement tools.

Develop short-form video content and animated GIFs to effectively communicate ideas and showcase products.

Conceptualize and execute compelling brand campaigns that increase awareness and build affinity for Amazon Digital Signage.

Maintain and enforce brand standards while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Stay informed on emerging design practices and trends in B2B marketing.

Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.

Provide design leadership by setting creative direction and driving impactful outcomes.

Foster collaboration by soliciting and incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as part of an in-house brand creative team.

Strong expertise in design strategy, including idea generation and direction setting.

Proficiency in design and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Slack.

Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on time.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect design.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Familiarity with current B2B marketing methodologies and trends.
