Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/x)

Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment Americarepresents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the USA. Based in Livermore, California, weare searching for a new colleague to support us as Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/x).

  • Lead visual development of campaigns from concept to execution across all media platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaign assets
  • Design and finalize artwork, ensuring brand consistency and print-ready quality
  • Apply expert-level design principles including color theory, typography, and layout
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and brand integrity

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in graphic design or a related creative field
  • Several years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, or a similar role (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/XD a plus) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong visual design skills including branding, typography, layout, color theory, and print/digital production
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and meet physical requirements of workshop, office, and job site environments
