We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us visually communicate the beauty and sophistication of our homes.

Job Overview :

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in executing our brand’s visual identity and communicating the story of our homes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a professional setting, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of design principles. Your work will be instrumental in developing marketing materials that highlight our craftsmanship, engaging digital content, and a cohesive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Branding : Develop and execute compelling designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, print advertisements, and other promotional materials. Create digital assets for use across web, social media, and email marketing campaigns that are visually consistent with our brand. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce branded content that aligns with the company’s vision and design ethos. Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
• Digital Design : Design engaging web graphics, banners, and email templates. Ensure all design work is optimized for digital platforms and provides a seamless user experience.
• Project Management : Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials and other design-related services. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall marketing and sales efforts through strong visual communication.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience in the home building, real estate, or construction industry is a plus.
• Education : A 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred. A robust portfolio showcasing your design skills will be strongly considered.
• Skills & Proficiency : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience with digital design for web and social media, including responsive design best practices. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs to meet the needs of the project.

Bonus Qualifications :

• Experience in video editing or animation.
• Knowledge of UX / UI design.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other web design tools.
