Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Content, Community & Influencer Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing our social media strategy, building an engaged online community, and managing influencer and brand partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across all social channels while managing our Social Community & Influencer Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer who is passionate about digital storytelling, social trends, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute monthly social media content calendars across 3 channels (IG, Tiktok, FB) with guidance from the Director of Marketing.
  • Create and implement social strategies that grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen community relationships.
  • Conduct competitive research and social listening to stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work with internal and external partners to strategize on briefs for photo and video content shoots that align with content goals.
  • Assit and nurture relationships with agency partners including TikTok and PR agencies to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
  • Work with internal marketing team and marketing calendar to stay up to date on key events to support such as new launches, promotions, etc.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Manage influencer relationships including outreach, negotiation, partnership execution, and performance tracking.
  • Accountable for the sample process for influencers and social campaigns, maintaining accurate records and master sheets of creator addresses and partnerships.
  • Lead brand collaborations, UGC partnerships, influencer giveaways, and creator campaigns to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand on social platforms, fostering an authentic and engaged online community.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new launches by participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas, and collaborating across marketing channels.

Reporting & Budget Management

  • Lead bi-weekly and monthly reporting on social media, influencer campaigns, and community engagement; analyze performance and make recommendations.
  • Manage and track team budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor the Social Content, Community & Influencer Coordinator, providing guidance and support on day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proven experience in community building, influencer partnerships, and social content creation.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social trends and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
