Merit Services is hiring: Temporary, Part-Time Influencer Marketing Assistant Jo

MERIT is hiring for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our Community Team. In this role you will assist in executing influencer gifted campaigns tied to product launches, evergreen initiatives, and review programs across Sephora.com and our DTC channels. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

• Support the execution of monthly influencer gifted campaigns, this includes :
• Assisting in high volume sourcing and researching of new creators for gifted campaigns
• Collecting creator contact information and organizing internal order forms
• Assisting in tracking campaign performance metrics and maintaining organized creator data in Tribe Dynamics
• Coordinate in-office gifting send-outs
• Maintain stock of LA product closet
• Maintain and update PR gifting lists
• Contribute to research on creator trends and competitive landscape monitoring

Qualifications :

Passionate about the beauty industry and social media / influencer trends

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work collaboratively and take initiative

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with influencer platforms like Grin or Tribe Dynamics is a plus

Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields (highly preferred)

Experience with influencer outreach or campaign planning (preferred)

Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels (preferred)

This is an hourly, non-exempt, temporary and part-time role, with an expected duration of 6 months and working 15-20 hours per week in our LA office.
