Mission Pet Health has a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team! This role requires a self-starter and solution finder who will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other team members to implement our marketing strategies effectively. The Marketing Coordinator will handle marketing coordination, strategy, and execution for our veterinary hospital teams, collaborating with regional specialists and third-party agencies on daily projects.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of Mission.
Hospital Marketing & Engagement Support
- Work with marketing partners to create multi-channel campaigns for hospitals.
- Support hospital managers' marketing needs via an internal ticketing system.
- Coordinate website updates.
- Assist hospital managers with questions and troubleshooting within marketing applications.
- Meet and exceed ticketing system SLAs.
- Manage project timelines with hospital managers.
Promotional Marketing Support
- Collaborate with hospitals to develop promotional campaigns.
- Work with graphic designers to create marketing graphics.
- Report on campaign success and hospital growth.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience supporting clients in social media, copywriting, project management, and digital marketing.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand or agency settings.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Veterinary or pet industry experience is a plus!
