MARKETING ASSISTANT- JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay rate: $25-30
In-Person- Northridge, CA
About the Position:
We are looking for a responsible, organized individual to assist with marketing coordination and administrative support in our Northridge office. The position involves tracking outreach activity, maintaining contact lists, managing follow-ups, and supporting ongoing marketing tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable with computers, organized with information, and good at helping others stay on track.
Responsibilities include:
•Documenting all marketing visits and referral source interactions in Excel or CRM.
•Tracking follow-up needs and ensuring timely outreach is completed.
•Organizing and maintaining referral contact lists and interaction history.
•Assisting in preparing and updating print and digital marketing materials.
•Coordinating communication and logistics for outreach events or drop-offs.
•Supporting basic office tasks related to marketing organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Strong skills in Excel and general computer use (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
•Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and provide consistent support.
•Experience in healthcare marketing or outreach preferred but not required.
•Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
