What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Media Manager to lead Lighthouse’s brand storytelling across digital, print, and social channels. This role will be responsible for working with the leadership team to develop and executing a media strategy that engages our employees, clients, and community while highlighting the innovation and values that set Lighthouse apart.
A big part of this role will be using media to tell the story of “The Builder” — the people who are there from the conception of an idea, bringing it to life, and seeing it through. You’ll capture and amplify the stories of those who design, engineer, fabricate, and install the systems that power possibilities, showing both the craft and the people behind it.
The Media Manager will collaborate with leadership, project teams, and HR to create compelling content that builds awareness, strengthens our reputation, and supports our growth. From videos and photography to social campaigns and internal communications, this role will bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage Lighthouse’s media and content strategy to support business goals and employer branding.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content including video, photography, graphics, and copywriting.
- Manage Lighthouse’s presence across social media, website, internal communication platforms, and client proposal documents.
- Partner with project teams to capture and showcase our work, culture, and community involvement.
- Tell the story of “The Builder” and the give me power of electricity through authentic, engaging, and relatable content.
- Bring consistency to Lighthouse’s brand presence across all physical locations, ensuring signage, displays, and visual standards reflect our identity.
- Ensure all media aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and values.
- Track performance of campaigns and channels, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in media management, digital content, or communications.
- Strong creative skills with experience in video production, graphic design, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in media tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in or understanding of blue-collar, hands-on, dirty work, or construction environments preferred.
