Job Description

FOX Entertainment’s TMZ division is seeking a charismatic, self-motivated Social Media Assistant with a passion for and knowledge of the Gen-Z universe. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, fronting, and producing videos for various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Produce content for social media platforms
  2. Pitch story ideas
  3. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  1. Deep knowledge of Gen-Z culture
  2. Experience creating content for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  3. Comfortable on camera
  4. Available to start as early as 5:30am each weekday

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role is $18.00 per hour, with the final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and others in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for union-represented employees will be in accordance with the relevant collective bargaining agreement.
