Callaway Golf Interactive is looking for a skilled Paid Social Strategist to join our growing Digital Media team. This role will own our Paid Social strategy and facilitate execution while continuing to expand the channel and our paid digital presence as a whole.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to help shape the Paid Social landscape for our business. The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative problem solver and self-starter with a deep understanding of and passion for Paid Social strategy. You will coordinate with the Performance Marketing Manager, other Digital Media Strategists, and Product Marketing teams to define channel strategy, coordinate and communicate initiatives, and see projects through to execution.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for growing the Callaway business and developing/facilitating Paid Social strategy and execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) with clear KPIs aligned to broader marketing goals.
  • Own the budgeting, pacing, and forecasting of the Paid Social channel.
  • Analyze campaign performance, derive insights from raw data, and create actionable strategies to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on Paid Social — educating stakeholders and peers on best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Support and translate marketing ideas into actionable and successful Paid Social campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and broader Digital Media teams to inform social-first content and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Execute robust A/B testing and creative experiments to improve performance and engagement.
  • Identify new channel growth opportunities
  • Continuously research, evaluate, and test emerging tools, platform updates, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in Paid Social.
  • Monitor competitors' social advertising strategies and share learnings with the broader team.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate performance insights and campaign progress to key stakeholders.


TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Deep understanding of online advertising and digital media, specifically Paid Social platforms and ad products
  • Understanding of digital media as it pertains to the retail/ecommerce space
  • Extensive project management skills, specifically in digital marketing
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven detail-oriented skills, with experience analyzing campaign performance results and making data-informed decisions
  • Self-starter with a passion for paid media and staying ahead of social media trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve.


Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing/media experience required, with a focus on Paid Social preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and project management software
  • Experience leveraging web analytics tools and optimizing campaigns based on performance
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experimentation in Paid Social environments
  • E-commerce/retail experience preferred
  • Sporting goods or golf industry knowledge a plus
