Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a visionary Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of digital-first, high-impact creative across video, motion, and traditional design. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative leader who can guide and mentor junior talent, and set the visual standard for arespected luxury real estate brands.

The Senior Multimedia Designer will own the concepting, storyboarding, and execution of print and digital assets, including video.This individual will partner with marketing leadership to shape creative strategy, push the brand forward, and ensure our visual storytelling consistently exceeds expectations.

Salary range : $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision, planning, and execution of multimedia campaigns, from concept to final delivery.
• Produce or direct high-quality video content, including storyboarding, filming oversight, editing and motion graphics.
• Provide mentorship, guidance and feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping them grow their skills in both design and video.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to define creative strategies for brand campaigns, agent initiatives and events.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and aligns with luxury positioning.
• Manage creative project timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver on schedule.
• Present concepts and final work to internal stakeholders and agents, explaining the creative rationale.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for video production, photography, print and specialty creative needs.
• Identify and integrate emerging design tools, innovative video approaches,and production techniques to keep the brand ahead of trends.
