Financial and Studio Support Specialist

In-office | M–F | 25–30 hrs/week

Teela Bennett Design is a luxury interior design firm seeking a versatile Financial and Studio Support Specialist. This role combines bookkeeping and financial management with hands-on support for our studio operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, collaborate closely with our team, and contribute both to the financial health of the firm and to the seamless flow of our day-to-day creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll

• Managing financial records and reporting in QuickBooks

• Supporting project management and budget tracking

• Collaborating with our contractual CFO on financial planning and analysis

• Providing hands-on support with office management, marketing, and design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

• Quick learner with new software and systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to be hands-on

• Marketing and social media experience is a plus
