What You'll Do:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the dashboarding/reporting platform.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences for data visualization and reporting.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to translate business needs into well-defined product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve dashboard design and usability.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to define key metrics and reporting KPIs for executive and operational dashboards.
• Drive adoption and engagement through product education, feedback loops, and continuous enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and accessibility standards.
  
  

What You Know:

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on data visualization, reporting, or analytics products. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and proven track record working with design teams on user-centric interfaces. Experience with dashboarding or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or custom-built frameworks).
• Strong data literacy and understanding of metrics, KPIs, and data modeling. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment. Background in SaaS, retail, e-commerce, or data product companies is a plus.
• Preferred Skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to frontend technologies and data pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working with executive leadership and crafting reporting solutions for diverse personas.
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
