Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user behaviors, pain points, and needs
- Develop and execute research plans, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and field studies
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights for design, product, and engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to iterate and improve product experiences
- Advocate for the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and influencing product decisions
- Continuously monitor user feedback and emerging trends to inform the product roadmap
- Translate complex data into compelling stories and recommendations that drive business outcomes
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, and analytics interpretation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Notion) and research software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across teams
- Passion for understanding human behavior and improving user experiences
