As an Interactive Video Teller, you will serve as the virtual gateway to INB for our valued customers. You'll engage with them through our cutting-edge Interactive Video Teller technology, providing a personalized and seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Execute various banking transactions promptly and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more. Your efficiency will define our customers' banking experience.
  • Product and Service Guidance: Identify customer needs and proactively recommend banking products and services that align with their financial goals. Your knowledge and expertise will empower our customers to make informed decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a troubleshooter by resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and solving problems with poise and professionalism.
  • Clear and Articulate Communication: Your well-spoken and articulate communication style will be key in building trust and rapport with our customers. You'll be the voice and face of our bank.
  • Technology Proficiency: Become a master of our Interactive Video Teller technology, ensuring seamless video interactions and trouble-free transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent Video Presence: Your video presence should exude confidence and professionalism. Exceptional Communication Skills: Be articulate, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering top-notch customer service is non-negotiable.
  • Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus, but we'll provide comprehensive training.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Education and/or Experience

High school degree or equivalent required; Six months to one year of related experience and/or training required in the area of cash handling or customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requires ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally); Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help.

Mathematical Skills

Requires the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Requires ability to use good judgment in making routine and complex decisions; Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell products and Services; Must be goal-oriented and able to achieve individual goals as well as work as a team player to achieve departmental and/or Bank goals; Flexibility is necessary with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with an ability to quickly learn other bank-related programs.

Salary: $16.00 per hour
