Lead Interactive Recruiter and Account Manager at Synergy Interactive

Responsibilities (Fully Onsite Role)

• Develop clear, concise, and technically accurate content that highlights the value and functionality of a complex enterprise platform.
• Prepare and format high-visibility documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for C-level executive review, ensuring clarity, polish, and executive-readiness.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership to capture and apply critical insights that shape strategic messaging and technical communications.
• Produce a variety of content to support sales, product marketing, and customer success, including white papers, solution briefs, case studies, technical blog posts, FAQs, and product one-pagers.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and SaaS concepts into accessible, persuasive messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather technical input and ensure content accuracy across all customer-facing materials.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to articulate product capabilities, integration options, and technical differentiators in a way that builds trust and credibility.
• Contribute to maintaining a consistent, confident technical voice aligned with the company’s brand tone and messaging framework.
• Support the creation of implementation guides, onboarding documentation, and user-focused materials that improve enterprise adoption and understanding.
• Edit and refine technical content from across the organization to ensure consistency, readability, and alignment with voice and style guidelines.
• Stay current on cybersecurity, SaaS, and enterprise technology trends to ensure communications reflect up-to-date industry language and customer priorities.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality content quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Note: This is a fully onsite role, requiring in-person collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
