Our client, the world’s largest retailer, is looking to add to their exemplary UX design team and is hiring a Principal UX Designer . Join their award-winning design team to make a significant impact in shaping the future of retail and crafting world-class experiences that enable merchants, suppliers, sellers, and 2.1 million in-store associates to deliver great value to customers daily.

This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, where the company is expanding its innovative design community in a new, state-of-the-art campus. A generous relocation package, annual bonus, and yearly RSUs are included.

As a Principal UX Designer , you will set the vision for optimal customer and associate experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Use your expertise in Design Thinking to facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build prototypes, leveraging collective creativity. Employ storytelling skills to present your vision and design rationale compellingly to partners and leadership. Work with teams to develop shared plans that balance business and technology considerations, crafting intuitive and accessible experiences for all.

  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar, with 5-7+ years of product design experience.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing elegant and simplified design solutions.
  • The targeted salary range for this role is $140,000 to $170,000, depending on education, experience, certifications, and location.
