Monitor and analyze paid search campaign daily performance to achieve the assigned brands’ ROI goals. Work with internal clients and external vendors to ensure changes are implemented and executed. Track and report on results to continually optimize the campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist thinks critically about how to make our team and brands better and in turn expects to be given the ability to execute those ideas

Requirements:

• Working in a team environment

• Optimizing and building paid search campaigns that spend hundreds of thousands annually

• Working alongside key brand leadership to develop and implement paid search marketing initiatives

• Working with content and design teams to create high-quality landing pages and remarketing ads

• Performing A/B ad testing, keyword research, and ongoing bid management.

• Identifying trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorming new and creative growth/acquisition strategies

• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience based on search data

• Testing emerging features/strategies within advertising platforms as they become available

Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with any of these paid platforms: Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, or Pinterest

· Strong analytical skills matched with problem-solving

· Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or a related field preferred

· Knowledge of PPC campaigns architecture and optimization

· Ability to write effective ad paid search ad copy

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem-solving skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment

· Digital marketing related certifications a plus
