Marketing Automation Developer
Are you passionate about building smart, scalable marketing automation that drives real impact? Dupaco Values: Rooted in Trust, Empathetic Understanding, Strengthening Relationships, Advocate for All and Invest in You You Will: Build and maintain automated workflows for email, SMS, web personalization, and onboarding campaigns. Develop custom landing pages, forms, and CTAs tailored to financial products and services. Implement segmentation strategies based on member lifecycle, financial behavior, and compliance needs. Automate lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales teams. Translate marketing goals into technical solutions and campaign logic. Integrate marketing platforms with CRM systems and other data sources. Create and execute test plans to ensure flawless campaign delivery. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. Collaborate across marketing, compliance, data, and IT teams to align automation with business goals. Ensure all automation practices meet regulatory standards (e.g., FINRA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Stay current with best practices and emerging tools in marketing automation. You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related fieldor equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, including 2+ years with HubSpot preferred. Strong HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page development. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization. Excellent communication and project management skills.
