Seasonal Store Associates
We are currently looking for driven Seasonal Store Associates for our Fabletics location at Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ! How Do You Fit In? As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing a Best-in-Class retail store experience. Using cutting edge technology, you will enable our Customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you'll help our Customers Live their Passion. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public. You will join a tight knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve aggressive goals, and meet timelines to drive the business forward. This position will report to the Store Manager and is expected to run from the beginning of October 2024 to the end of January 2025. Responsibilities include embodying our culture and values, actively engaging customers, driving customer engagement, communicating inventory and training needs, maintaining store-merchandising guidelines, striving for excellence, maintaining personal sales, and maintaining safety and security standards. Required Skills include at least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment, knowledge of active lifestyle choices, ability to socially interact with customers, ability to work with large teams, great interpersonal skills, familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems, self-motivation, ability to multi-task, flexibility in work hours, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
