Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and collaborate closely with our Global Marketing Manager. This role is essential in bringing our brand's vision to life across digital, print, and physical product design. From e-commerce and email campaigns to product topsheets and social media, you will create engaging and consistent visuals that strengthen the DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide brands. Your clean, modern design aesthetic, technical skills, and attention to detail will help drive our marketing, brand, and go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Create original artwork for digital catalogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
• Develop logos, icons, and visual marks for campaigns and sub-brands.
• Design internal documents, sales materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Produce drafts, prototypes, and polished design solutions.
• Utilize Shopify 2.0 customizer to build visually compelling web pages.
• Design and refine email marketing templates that align with brand standards.
• Manage and curate design and marketing asset databases.
• Edit images and prepare files for both web and print.
• Support the Product Team in developing topsheet concepts and scaling designs to full product lines.
• Incorporate brand image and personality into physical products.
• Perform additional creative and marketing duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, and basic UI/UX.
• Experience in digital design for e-commerce, social media, and digital advertising.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Confidence in articulating design decisions and a passion for creative work.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, photography, or cinematography (preferred).
• Familiarity with design for physical products.
