Media Campaign Associate
The Paid Media Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms. Working closely with senior media team members, this role assists with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, performance monitoring, and reporting. The Paid Media Associate helps ensure campaigns align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and best practices, while gaining hands-on experience across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign tactics.
- Help monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.
- Conduct daily campaign checks, flag performance issues, and recommend adjustments to senior team members.
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports, highlighting key results and learnings.
- Coordinate creative trafficking, ad copy updates, and asset delivery for on-time campaign launches.
- Partner with analytics teams to support tracking setup, including pixels, tags, and basic troubleshooting.
- Work with external vendors or agencies under the direction of senior media team members.
- Stay informed about paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies, data privacy regulations, and brand standards.
Education and Experience Required:
- Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
- Will have completed at least your bachelor's degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.
- 01 years of paid media or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team environment.
Preferred Majors:
- Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration
Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiarity with Paid Media Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360)
- Basic understanding of campaign management and optimization
- Audience targeting and segmentation concepts
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Programmatic Advertising fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving digital media landscapes

The base pay range for this role is $58,000 to $72,500 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
