Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, OT when necessary
Location: Fully Remote (but may require occasional travel for meetings or trainings)
Pay Rate: $22.00 to $28.00 an hour, depending on experience

Primary Job Function:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the distribution and monitoring of marketing communication channels, both internal and external. This role provides administrative and creative support for marketing projects, including email communication, social media, advertising, and promotional events. The coordinator will also help track campaign analytics, organize content, and provide support across multiple marketing initiatives.
Daily Duties:
- Attend marketing department meetings, take notes, and provide recaps with action items.
- Support the development of marketing content, including graphics, email copy, and social media posts.
- Assist in compiling testimonial feedback from coaching, marketing, and training clients.
- Maintain and update marketing content and campaign calendars.
- Organize and archive marketing content for future use.
- Set up registration pages for upcoming training events.
- Launch new BDR University training class pages with registration links.
- Publish new content (blogs, podcasts, videos) and monitor the website for updates.
- Compile analytics for email, social media, advertising, and events.
- Distribute weekly and monthly internal communication documents.
- Provide marketing support for team members attending events, classes, or speaking engagements.
- Interface with vendors (print, design, website) as needed.
Desired Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional office experience with increasing responsibility
- Associate degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience in marketing communication layout, design, and formatting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of project management software
- Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to create basic graphics for marketing channels
