Junior Creative
We are looking for a Junior Creative to join our in-house Impact Studio team to deliver best-in-class creative that's rooted in strategy and insights. The Junior Creative will help translate creator first strategies into engaging creative ideas, concepts, formats, and executions that make Influencer stand out from the crowd. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our creative output not only excites audiences but also delivers on client briefs and business goals.

Exposure to end-to-end campaign developmentconcepting to briefing and delivery.
Collaborating with a wide range of creators, brands, and internal teams across diverse industries.
Supported the development of creative concepts across all client categories.
Helped bring concepts to life through storyboards, content formats, and campaign mock-ups.
Partnered with strategists, account leads, and creators to deliver ideas that are social-first and insights-driven.
Built a reputation as a reliable, collaborative, and creatively curious team member.
Collaborate with the Strategy and Creative team to turn insights and strategy into fresh, social-first and creator-first ideas.
Help develop campaign concepts, creator formats, and creative executions across platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Snap.
Translate longtail creative ideas into punchy and snappy creative formats.
Support in building client decks with strong creative storytelling, mockups, and visual polish.
Stay up-to-date with trends in social, creator culture, and creative formats.
Partner with the video team to bring ideas to life through executions that feel native and engaging.
Brainstorm and pitch ideas both internally and in client-facing environments.
13 years of experience in a creative or copywriting role, with experience developing for creator-first content (agency, brand, or media background preferred).
A passion for influencer marketing, social content, and digital culture.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate insights into tangible ideas.
Basic design, deck-building, or mockup skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
Curiosity about culture, trends, and the intersection of creators and brands.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration.
