Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies-React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS-with a keen eye for UI/UX design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into interactive, responsive web applications.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements, maintaining consistency in branding and visual language.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct design reviews and contribute to improving workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and tools to continually enhance development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to convert wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
