We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert within the CoPilot space specifically with CoPilot studio. Key Responsibilities
Copilot Studio Deployment & Engineering
Lead technical implementation and configuration of Copilot Studio agents and flows.
Define and document governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure technical readiness across environments and teams.
Agile Delivery & Sprint Planning
Break down workstreams and align tasks to sprint cycles.
Conduct research, gap analysis, and anticipate platform updates.
Business Enablement & Support
Respond to business requests for new Copilot features and functionality.
Collaborate with Copilot champions and stakeholders to drive adoption.
Provide hands-on support for Copilot Chat and Studio use cases.
Platform Strategy
Contribute to revamping Thrivent’s Power Platform strategy.
Support citizen development and scalable automation initiatives.
Field Launch & Adoption
Support the October launch of Copilot Chat to field agents.
Monitor usage metrics and drive adoption across business units.
Required Skills
Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio (hands-on experience)
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Viva Suite, Purview)
Windows administration and scripting
PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Python (for automation and integration tasks)
Familiarity with Slack, Confluence, and Miro
Preferred Qualifications
Experience defining governance and compliance frameworks
Proven success supporting citizen development initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
Familiarity with usage metrics and adoption strategies
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
