Senior Director of Influencer Marketing Skincare & Lifestyle Brand


Location: On-Site (Los Angeles, CA 5 Days/Week)

With a growing footprint and massive brand affinity, the team is ready to bring on a strategic and creative Senior Director of Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end partnerships with creators and tastemakers.


The Role

As Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, youll own the full strategy, budget, and execution of the brands influencer and talent marketing efforts. From gifting and ambassador programs to paid partnerships and global activations, youll develop best-in-class campaigns that drive cultural relevance, reach, and conversion.


What Youll Do

Build the Strategy Develop and evolve the global influencer and ambassador strategy across platforms, tiers, and regions.

Lead the Team Manage and mentor a growing team focused on creator relationships, content partnerships, and performance tracking.

Oversee Budget & Partnerships Own the influencer marketing budget and negotiate contracts with talent, agencies, and partners.

Creative Direction Collaborate with brand, content, and social teams to ideate campaigns that align with brand voice and aesthetic.

Expand Reach Identify new verticals, markets, and platforms to grow the brands influence across beauty, fashion, wellness, and culture.

Measure Success Define KPIs and performance benchmarks; oversee reporting and analysis to guide future strategy and improve ROI.


What Youll Bring

8+ years of influencer marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role

Deep relationships across the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle creator ecosystem

Proven success building large-scale influencer strategies that deliver brand and business results

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Creative thinker with a pulse on emerging trends, culture, and creator platforms

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth brand or agency environment
