Director of Marketing at Progressive Dental Marketing

Our clients range from startups to multi-million-dollar full-arch practices across the country. We dont just run marketing, we train treatment coordinators, consult with doctors, and help practices convert leads into high-value cases.

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager at Progressive Dental Marketing, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of dental clients. Youll lead the client relationship, oversee the launch and performance of marketing campaigns, and provide strategic consulting to help practices grow their revenue. This is not a passive client service role, youll actively coach clients, track lead conversion performance, and ensure campaigns are optimized for success. Youll also collaborate with internal teams to deliver assets, resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities based on performance data.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between dental clients and internal teams
  • Conduct regular strategy and performance review calls
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative guidance

Campaign Oversight & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal departments (PPC, social, SEO, video, web) to manage all campaign deliverables
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet client goals and branding standards
  • Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot any delays or issues

Consulting & Performance Coaching

  • Review lead quality, call tracking, and lead conversion metrics
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve patient acquisition and treatment acceptance
  • Train client teams on how to maximize results from leads generated

Strategic Planning & Growth Consulting

  • Analyze marketing performance data and client practice trends
  • Proactively suggest opportunities to increase lead volume and improve ROI
  • Recommend budget increases or service expansion when results support growth

Internal Project Coordination

  • Lead internal meetings to ensure all client deliverables are aligned and on track
  • Manage timelines, feedback loops, and approvals for all marketing initiatives
  • Document client feedback, requests, and updates in project management systems

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients hit or exceed monthly and quarterly case goals
  • Clients increase their marketing budgets based on strong ROI
  • Campaigns are launched on time, with minimal revisions or delays
  • Client satisfaction scores remain consistently high
  • Team communication is smooth, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and KPIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing performance reports and communicating actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, project management, and follow-up skills
  • Confidence in leading client meetings and training sessions
  • Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience working with dental or healthcare clients
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, call tracking systems, and lead follow-up workflows
  • Sales or coaching experience a plus
