Were hiring a Contract Digital Marketing Project Manager for a leading health-tech organization. In this role, youll support a fast-moving marketing team by managing creative and digital initiatives through structured workflows and established templates. Youll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholdersincluding creative, content, digital, and product marketing teamsto ensure alignment, track milestones, manage project intake and traffic flow, and provide timely updates. Youll lead project kickoffs, facilitate regular check-ins, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks. The ideal candidate brings experience from agency or in-house marketing environments, is comfortable using Adobe Workfront (or similar tools), and is detail-oriented, process-minded, and able to drive marketing deliverables from start to finish.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management or creative operations experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital environments
- Bachelors degree or relevant certification in marketing, project management, communications, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven setting
- Direct experience working with creative and marketing teams is essential
- Proficient with Adobe Workfront or similar platforms (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced team
- Experience supporting tool adoption, process documentation, and operational enhancements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to present status updates and project summaries to internal stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new tools and workflows
- Curious, detail-oriented, and a team-first mindset
