MTVE/Nick Consumer Marketing Media and Events
- Create Consumer Marketing PO requests for agencies and events team
- Review agency PO trackers and ensure credit is properly received on closed POs in Ariba.
- Update internal credit tracker
- Create campaigns budgets sheet to track CM spending based on agency flow charts
- Updated SAP actuals on G doc and campaigns budget sheets with for each project
- Update MVPD tracker based on agency trackers / communicate with agencies any discrepancies
- Submit critical payment requests
- Submit reclass requests
- Assist new vendor set up requests and help vendors with any payment questions
- Process ad hoc requests
Responsibilities
- They will be working with consumer marketing department, and they plan campaigns, they will not be part of the strategy, but will be involved after the planning is finalized and deal with backup and flow charts and email invoices, and they will track how the team is spending the money planned for that campaign.
- Will help with budget tracking, email agencies regarding invoices, create pos, ensure agencies are paid.
- They will also support the Events team, who do on the ground festivals and events for activations, they will help with vendor set up in our system, receive invoice and create PO, and ensure vendor is paid, manage any urgent pay requests and up front payments that must be managed as per contract terms.
- Will work with agencies ensuring that we are tracking information that they share for our partner tracker, and translating it to our tracking records, checking for discrepancies.
- Manage any credits to vendors as well, so credit memo may be issued and tracked in our system.
- Will also run SAP reports as needed for budget codes, and share accordingly.
Required
- 2-4 years of experience in similar marketing environment
- Understanding of how media campaigns work
- Familiar with working with agencies, for instance, each campaign will have different flow charts and media buying related to them
- Experience with budget tracking and managing campaign invoicing, and spend with vendors, as they will be providing communication between marketing and the agencies and finance
- Ability to work with several different departments, as well as different levels of team members, able to maintain and build internal relationships
- Advanced Excel skills required - will be doing pivot tables, formulas, macros and pivot tables and vlookup, will provide Excel reports to agencies regarding outstanding invoices detail oriented, and excellent communicator required
