If you're gritty, resourceful, and smart - and you know how to sell high-value services in a competitive market - we want to talk to you.What You'll Do: Win new business by developing and closing relationships with agencies and brands nationwide. Leverage your book of business and grow your network to create a steady pipeline of opportunities. Drive the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing six- and seven-figure deals. Partner with our internal creative, fabrication, and project teams to shape client ideas into executable solutions. Build compelling, tailored sales decks and lead presentations to C-level stakeholders. Manage pricing discussions and lead contract negotiations. Act as a consultative advisor, helping agencies and brands solve complex challenges through custom experiences. Use CRM tools and other industry tools, such as LinkedIn, to track, manage, and grow your sales pipeline. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of success in consultative B2B service sales - ideally in experiential marketing, trade shows, custom fabrication, or other high-value project-based industries. A proven hunter with a strong book of business and existing agency/brand relationships. Track record of closing large-scale, custom deals Grit, hustle, empathy, and smarts - all non-negotiable. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver world-class client experiences. Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers and tailoring solutions to meet complex needs. Proficiency with CRM platforms and LinkedIn; formal sales training is a plus.
