Description Position SummaryThe Digital Campaign analyst will be responsible for providing strategic direction, data and insights by analyzing and reporting on the impact of marketing strategies and tests and presenting findings to management, communications governance and customer engagement to influence marketing strategies. Additionally, this role will create, execute, and report on various Marketing and Product split tests to advise strategic planning process.Summary of Essential Job FunctionsDesign campaign strategies to optimize engagement to targeted populationWork with channel and communications governance to outline strategies to test engagement indexSegment and extract data according to campaign goals and objectives to optimize performanceEvaluate, analyze, and report the impact of performance for ancillary product marketing campaigns including but not limited to credit protection, credit score, paperless enrollments, and authorized users.Analyze campaign performance and recommend test designs and to optimize channels, messaging, offers, and audiences.Create and maintain reporting dashboardsProduce analysis and insights with structured, strategic thinking. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing strategy teams to inform and influence marketing strategies. Develop and implement A/B tests for distribution, spend and marketing strategies. Design and execute data campaign validation procedures.Other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field4+ years of analytics experience1+ year of database marketing experienceStrong financial analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret and evaluate.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsKnowledge of Tableau and Adobe AnalyticsWorking knowledge of relational databases and SQL Preferred ExperienceUse SQL, SAS, SQL, R, and Python to perform data mining and analytics activitiesDeep knowledge of data warehousing Experience working with structured and unstructured data sets to produce reports and actionable data models Familiarity using procedural or object-orientated programming languages, such as SAS, R, Python Experience managing small teamsCredit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
