The Associate Manager, Integrated Media Planning is responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of media plans. They partner with the Associate Director or Account Director to set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables. They also assist in developing key plans, projects, or presentations for clients. A strong working knowledge of the media space, including digital media and available media research, is essential. As a step toward leadership, the Associate Manager manages a planning team, including skills development, performance evaluation, and supporting growth.

Responsibilities
  • Approach situations with energy and interest, displaying passion for pop culture, trends, and consumer motivations.
  • Develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking through critical analysis.
  • Seek to understand how data is leveraged for reporting, strategy definition, and opportunity uncovering.
  • Delegate tasks effectively as a manager of strategists and assistants, fostering team development.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships with understanding and a team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of digital experience, preferably in direct response marketing.
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of traditional channel planning (TV/OOH) and digital media; not required but a plus.
  • Ability to guide campaign strategy from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external teams.
  • Experience in delegation and mentoring team members.

This role offers a pay range of $40,000$75,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and STD/LTD insurance. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in-office per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
