Job Summary:

Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy - Sports
The Role:
Roc Nation is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Sports Digital team in digital marketing, social media, content development, and web/mobile properties for Roc Nation Sports clients. The candidate should have social media/advertising skills, strong relationship skills, and a passion for storytelling and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media: Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Content Coverage: Provide real-time coverage of client events to generate engaging content for Roc Nation and client channels.
- Content Support: Assist in monitoring and publishing athlete-generated content and event coverage.
- Digital Property Management: Oversee client websites, RocNation.com, email lists, and other digital channels.
- Content Management: Track athlete and Roc Nation initiatives, and report weekly performance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and report on social media campaign performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure digital content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Trend Setting & Industry Innovation: Suggest new digital engagement strategies and scout industry partners.
- Partner Collaboration: Build relationships with key partners to enhance athlete and brand presence.
- Digital Marketing: Increase athlete awareness, site traffic, and social followers.
- Task Management: Support with calendar management and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3-5 years in creative marketing, digital content, or social media
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and industry trends
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for sports
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Experience with online community management and campaign platforms
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, collaborative, flexible

Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 USD. Pay depends on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
