Title: Manager, Digital Marketing & Strategy - Sports

Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy - Sports

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Sports Digital team in digital marketing, social media, content development, and web/mobile properties for Roc Nation Sports clients. The candidate should have social media/advertising skills, strong relationship skills, and a passion for storytelling and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media: Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  2. Content Coverage: Provide real-time coverage of client events to generate engaging content for Roc Nation and client channels.
  3. Content Support: Assist in monitoring and publishing athlete-generated content and event coverage.
  4. Digital Property Management: Oversee client websites, RocNation.com, email lists, and other digital channels.
  5. Content Management: Track athlete and Roc Nation initiatives, and report weekly performance.
  6. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and report on social media campaign performance.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure digital content aligns with brand guidelines.
  8. Trend Setting & Industry Innovation: Suggest new digital engagement strategies and scout industry partners.
  9. Partner Collaboration: Build relationships with key partners to enhance athlete and brand presence.
  10. Digital Marketing: Increase athlete awareness, site traffic, and social followers.
  11. Task Management: Support with calendar management and communications.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3-5 years in creative marketing, digital content, or social media
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and industry trends
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passion for sports
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Experience with online community management and campaign platforms
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, flexible

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 USD. Pay depends on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
