Paolucci Salling & Martin (PSM) Communication Arts is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our creative agency team and serve as a key leader across high-profile homebuilder account. This role provides a strategic and collaborative partner to senior leadership while independently owning day-to-day responsibilities across client communications, project execution, content strategy, and media performance. The Account Manager will lead campaign development from kickoff through delivery, working closely with internal creative, content, and media teams to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and aligned with strategic goals. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, creative collaborators, and problem-solvers who are experienced in managing integrated marketing campaigns and client relationships across multiple touchpoints. The ability to manage teams, lead creative reviews, and deliver strategic insights and reporting are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

?Lead project kickoffs, presenting full scope and vision with clarity.

?Set team tasks, timelines, and expectations to drive seamless execution.

?Serve as the central point of contact for both internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

?Champion creative work and confidently present concepts to client teams.

?Draft, review, and approve marketing and advertising copy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

?Provide strategic direction for copywriting projects, optimizing for SEO and audience relevance.

Client Management

?Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, integrated partnerships.

?Present strategic direction and creative work, guiding clients toward confident decisions.

Media & Content

?Demonstrate expertise across social media platforms and trends.

?Oversee and approve social media content calendars for tone, brand alignment, and strategic purpose.

?Lead social content strategy and execution in partnership with creative and media teams.

?Translate reporting and analytics into actionable insights for client teams.

?Lead strategic planning sessions and bring collaboration to the forefront.

?Oversee campaign execution, from launch to reporting, ensuring optimization and performance tracking.

?Collaborate closely with media teams to adjust tactics and maximize campaign success.

Team & Account Management

?Team lead, capable of overseeing high-profile accounts with multiple team members.

?Responsible for establishing and managing team workflows to perform at the highest level.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

?7-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.

?Homebuilding, home development or real estate background strongly preferred.

?Strong understanding of integrated marketing, social platforms, media strategy, and performance analytics.

?Experience leading creative development, from briefing to delivery.

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?Confident presenter and relationship-builder with senior-level clients.

?Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

?Passion for creativity and team collaboration.

?Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite.

?Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com is a plus.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree, marketing or communications preferred
