AWS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation to join our Technology & Industry team. This role will focus on helping enterprise customers envision and drive end-to-end Customer 360, MarTech, Adtech, and customer experience transformations. As a Marketing Technology Industry Specialist, you will engage early with executives as they leverage AWS Services, ISV Partner solutions, and AI/ML capabilities to reimagine customer engagement strategies and optimize marketing performance across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with Fortune 500 customers and partners, addressing marketing technology modernization, customer data unification, omni-channel activation, and AI-driven personalization at enterprise scale. You will lead transformation initiatives using cloud-native architectures and modern data strategies, acting as a trusted advisor and providing leadership in technical delivery and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading complex Customer 360 and MarTech transformation programs for Fortune 500 enterprises.
  2. Architecting and designing end-to-end Customer Experience Platforms, including CDPs, identity resolution frameworks, and AI-driven personalization engines.
  3. Designing marketing data foundations using modern data principles to create marketing lakehouses and architectures.
  4. Implementing content supply chain solutions, cross-platform activation strategies, and omnichannel customer journey orchestration.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology transformations, focusing on Customer Data Platforms and customer experience solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with 3+ MarTech platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, or Tealium AudienceStream.

Preferred qualifications include AWS martech services experience, background in agency environments or MarTech ISV vendor services, AWS certifications, and strong communication skills.

This position is full-time, mid-senior level, based in the Greater Chicago Area or other locations as specified. The role involves working with diverse teams, developing industry thought leadership, and driving market development initiatives.
