Okta is seeking an ambitious and impact-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to champion our marketing strategy and execution with our large scale Global System Integrators (GSIs). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to, with and through our partners to enhance awareness, drive joint demand, and increase partner-driven pipeline and ACV.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of the Global System Integrator (GSI) ecosystem, partner marketing frameworks, and how to develop joint go-to-market strategies with our partners. This person will serve as the global quarterback for GSI marketing, ensuring alignment between global and regional initiatives and orchestrating activities that drive business impact.
Experience with global system integrators is crucial for this role. A solid understanding of security tech stacks and the identity landscape is highly valued.
What youll be doing:
- GSI Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align GSI engagement with Oktas business objectives and revenue goals.
- Market to GSIs: Develop a bespoke 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) blueprint for your partners to elevate awareness and achieve desired business results.
- ABM for Top Accounts: Drive joint ABM initiatives with GSIs specifically to expand opportunities within our most strategic accounts, including the G2K.
- Direct Demand Generation: Collaborate with regional partner marketing and field marketing teams to design and implement demand generation campaigns with GSIs that increase awareness, create leads, and accelerate pipeline with and through partners.
- Thought Leadership: Work with GSI partners and external agencies to develop co-branded content, case studies, webinars, and event speaking engagements to showcase joint successes and establish market leadership with our partners.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with partner managers, ecosystem stakeholders, and the extended marketing team to ensure seamless execution of global and regional partner campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize marketing investments and measure partner-driven pipeline and ACV growth.
- Event Leadership: Partner with the events team to sell sponsorships to GSIs, drive partner attendance, and ensure a high-value partner experience for our flagship events, including Oktane, Oktane on the Road, Identity Summits, and SKO.
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing within the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem, partner dynamics, and co-marketing best practices
- Proven success in developing and implementing impactful global partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with regional field and partner marketing teams to drive consistent execution across geographies.
- Core marketing fundamentals including demand generation, account-based marketing and journey creation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Up to 30% travel may be required
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$154,000$230,000 USD
