Vice President - Multicultural, Brand Communications
The Overview
R&CPMK seeks a Vice President to lead Hispanic and multicultural communications for some of our agencys most important consumer client work. As Vice President, youll lead strategy, develop culturally relevant campaigns, mentor talent and serve as a trusted advisor to clients who want to engage authentically with diverse communities.

The Fine Print
- Serve as the senior lead on Hispanic and multicultural client work
- Develop and oversee culturally relevant PR strategies and community-facing activations, from concept to execution; bring a value-added approach to issues and projects
- Act as a senior advisor to clients growing trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance on cultural opportunities and reputational issues
- Build, mentor and manage high-performing teams; develop mid- and junior-level talent, fostering respect and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated work
- Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive presentations to articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others effectively
- Stay on top of media, cultural and social trends impacting Hispanic/multicultural communities and brands
- Ability to balance multiple projects/issues seamlessly, encourage effective delegation and assess program effectiveness ensuring ROI and efficient use of client budget
- Accountable for quality control and review of all planning decks, recaps, status reports, work back schedules, results, vendor and partner contracts, and overall project management
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of developing and implementing Public Relations strategies that apply the full scope of the communications mix, including media relations, influencer outreach, community partnerships, and events. Experience working as part of an integrated marketing team, representing the PR POV while helping to lead cross-agency work streams for local/national campaigns is a priority.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience; agency experience in the consumer PR category is a requirement
- Proven experience running day-to-day client service and project management of large, multi-channel brands with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience across earned/traditional and social media; paid is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish speaker strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience engaging with and presenting to mid- to senior-level clients
- Outstanding judgment when working with diverse media outlets, team members, client contacts, and vendors
- Very organized with unfailing attention to detail

Salary: $130,000.00- $135,000.00 annually
